By downloading or using Chipless, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The App
Chipless is a utility for tracking chips, bets, and pots in home poker games. The app does not facilitate real-money gambling, does not hold funds, and does not process wagers. Any settlement of winnings or losses between players happens entirely outside the app.
Subscriptions
Chipless offers auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's standard refund policy; we cannot issue refunds directly.
Subscription length, price, and included features are shown in the app before purchase. Prices may vary by region.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Chipless for any unlawful gambling or in any jurisdiction where poker-tracking tools are prohibited.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the app or its servers.
- Do not use offensive usernames or harass other players in online games.
We may block or remove users who violate these rules.
No Warranty
Chipless is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of online multiplayer, and we are not responsible for disputes between players over chip counts, game outcomes, or real-world settlements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Chipless is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
